Permanent Employment
Full-time and part-time teachers, trainers, and support staff who are eligible to receive salaries and organizational benefits.
Temporary Employment
Full-time and part-time teachers, trainers, and support staff serve on an intern or substitute basis and are eligible only for salary, without additional benefits.
Benefits at HOPE
We support meaningful careers by offering benefits that meet the diverse needs of every member of the HOPE family.
Working Hours
Five (5) working days per week, with a 40-48 working hours.
Providant Fund
After confirmation, all permanent employees will be entitled to this benefit.
Health Insurance
Upon confirmation, all permanent employees, along with their spouses and children, will be eligible for this benefit.
Festival Bonus
After confirmation, all permanent employees will be entitled to one (01) full gross salary as a benefit.
Leave and Vaccation
Weekly weekends on Friday and Saturday, along with 28 days of leave per year.
Incentive
Employees become eligible for this benefit after completing five (5+) years of service.
